1. Who we are

Llsted is operated by Hallridge Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Hallridge”, “we”, “us”). The seller is Hallridge Holdings LLC. Contact: support@llsted.com.

2. Information and scoring tool only

2.1 Llsted is an information and scoring tool. It shows company data and rules-based scores calculated from that data.

2.2 Llsted is not a licensed financial services provider under the Financial Sector Regulation Act or the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (South Africa). It does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. It is not registered as an investment adviser, financial adviser or broker-dealer in any other jurisdiction.

2.3 Llsted does not give personal or general financial advice. It does not make recommendations to buy, sell or hold any security. It does not consider any user’s objectives, financial situation or needs.

2.4 Scores, bands and summaries are rules-based screens of the data shown (see the method page). They are not forecasts.

2.5 Data is sourced from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

2.6 No outcome is guaranteed. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital.

2.7 Users make their own decisions. Users should consult a licensed financial adviser before acting on any information.

2.8 The Service is not directed at persons in any jurisdiction where its use would require a registration or licence that Llsted does not hold.

3. The service

Public company pages can be read without an account. A seat, when you take one, is the book and a dated journal. The book can hold the parts and the cost you enter. Your own gain or loss is shown only when you enter both the cost and the quantity. A journal is a note you write and date. A reading of that journal is not an instruction.

Market figures come from third parties. They can be delayed, wrong, or missing. A missing figure is left blank. Some sentences are drafted with the help of a language model and can be wrong. Do not treat any output as an order.

4. Accounts

You must be able to form a contract, and you must be at least 18. You keep your login to yourself. The details you enter are yours to keep accurate.

5. Price, renewal, and cancellation

Prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars. The price and the term are shown again before a charge. A paid seat renews for the same term until you cancel. You can cancel from the account, or by email to support@llsted.com, before the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. The thirty-day trial is $0. A paid seat starts only after the price and the term are shown again. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. The charge appears on the card as LLSTED.COM.

6. Refunds

The refund policy is part of these terms. A refund is a return of a charge. It is not a statement about an investment result.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, break into it, or overload it. Do not present Llsted’s output as a recommendation from Hallridge, or as a promise of a return.

8. Our property

The site, the score method, and the writing we publish belong to Hallridge or its licensors. Your journals remain yours. You give us permission to store them so we can show them back to you.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hallridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any investment or trading loss, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using a paid seat after the change, the new terms apply to the next renewal. The current page is the one that governs.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
