Before you pay

A paid seat renews for the same term until you cancel. Cancel from the account, or by email to support@llsted.com, before the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Within 14 days of the first charge on a new seat, that charge is refunded to the original payment method. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal. The period already paid is not refunded, except where the law requires it. A refund is not a statement about an investment result. The full rule is on the refund page.

The public page shows a house score. Your weights change the number on your book. They do not change the public page.
How do journals work?
Write the thesis once. It is dated. The reading does not move because the price did.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
