Llsted is operated by Hallridge Holdings LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy covers llsted.com and client.llsted.com. Contact: support@llsted.com.
What we collect
- If you email us: your address and the message.
- If you open an account: your name, email, and a password hash. We do not store the password itself in a form we can read.
- Quiz answers, and the posture and weights those answers produce.
- Journals you write, and the holdings you enter, including parts and cost.
- Support messages.
- A confirmation that a charge succeeded or failed, the amount, and the time. We do not store your full card number on this site.
- Ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and a browser type, kept by the host for security.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for marketing. We do not use it to tell you what to buy. Market figures on a company page come from third-party providers. Those figures are not your personal information.
Why we use it
To run the account, show you your book and your journals, answer support, keep a record of a charge, and protect the service. The legal bases we rely on, where a law such as the GDPR applies, are the contract with you, a legal duty to keep charge records, and a legitimate interest in securing the service.
Who else sees it
A host that stores the service. A third-party payment processor, which handles the card charge. A provider of market figures. A provider of typefaces (Google Fonts) when your browser loads the marketing pages. They see the request their service needs, not your journals, unless they are the host storing them.
How long
We keep account information while the account is open. We keep a record of a charge for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete the account. We will delete what we are allowed to delete, and we will say what we have to keep.
Your request
Email support@llsted.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to a use. If you are in a place that gives you a right to complain to a regulator, you may do that as well.
Children
Llsted is not for anyone under 18.
Where we are
The company is in Wyoming, USA. You may be elsewhere. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information is handled in the United States.
