What you are buying
A seat for the book and a dated journal, for the term you choose. Public company pages stay open without a seat. The price is on the pricing page. The same price and the same term are shown again before a charge.
The trial
The trial is $0 for 30 days. There is nothing to refund. A paid seat starts only after the price and the term are shown again.
Renewal
A paid seat renews for the same term, at the price then shown, until you cancel. Monthly is $4.99, or $50 for a year, on Starter. Pro is $19.99 a month, or $199 for a year. Starter and Pro are the same seat. The higher price is not a different advice product.
Cancel
Cancel from the account, or by email to support@llsted.com, before the renewal date. Say the email on the account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not, by itself, refund the period already paid.
The 14 days
Email us within 14 days of the first charge on a new paid seat if you want that charge back. We refund the original payment method. We do not ask you to take a credit on the site.
After 14 days, the period already paid is not refunded, except where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under consumer law that we are not allowed to limit.
What a refund is not
A refund is the return of a charge for the seat. It is not a statement about an investment result, and it is not compensation for a decision you made in the market.
